CFP type magnetic separator (Rubber roller type Ⅰ)
●CFP type magnetic separator ( rubber roller type Ⅰ ) consists of reduction gear , magnetic case and rubber roller etc . Rubber roller is rotating driven by the reduction gear . Cooling solution containing magnetic metal impurities inters into the case and then the impurities is absorbed onto the surface of the magnetic roller . Crushed by the rubber roller , impurities contained solution are squeezed out of the case and finally impurities are separated from the rubber roller by using the scraping plate CFP type magnetic separator ( rubber roller type Ⅰ) is widely used in the application of cleaning the cutting solution for the plane grinding machine tool , circular grinding machine tool and grinding machine tool without core facility .
