CBP type magnetic debris removal unit

●CBP type magnetic plate debris removal unit is of compact in structure smooth operation and low noise so that it is suitable for magnetic particles . block debris and fine debris with a length less than 150mm . The main parts of this unit have strong magnetic field . This unit removes debris at a pre-set amount . That is to say . each group of the magnetic material can attract a max . amount of debris . Debris is transmitted at a pre-set intervals even if debris is accumulated on the workdesk . All of the parts of this unit are enclosed totally in the case so that machine will not be over loaded or hurt when non-cut foreign materials appear on the working plate .
●Auto-Tension structure is used . which is able to adjust the degree of tightness of the chain.
